I've been living for the jewel tones in Walmart Fashion's new cold weather lines! About to add all the maroon and jade green pieces to my closet! As I've said time and time again, these few months are my favorite time of year, so it's no wonder I love the fashion as well. Although the cold means covering up, it doesn't mean you have to lack style!

I kind of went with two themes here when looking through the new arrivals: color and texture. I already mentioned my preference for jewel tones, but along with that I'm a big fan of neutrals in the fall/winter. To be fair, I'm a fan of neutrals in all seasons, but they always have better options come this time of year in my opinion. I'm also such a sucker for a cool or unique fabric texture, and luckily found quite a few! I love mixing the neutral shades with the deeper colors as well as layering fabrics and textures and think it makes for a much more dynamic outfit.

The high shine legging trend that popped up a few years back is still one I absolutely love! I think these leggings are such a staple piece and can go with SO MUCH in your closet that you already have. Add a simple tank, bright sweater, or even just toss on a hoodie and you already have a more stylized version of your traditional leggings look. All the items I chose are perfect for mixing and matching together to create elevated outfits that are both comfortable and fashionable.

Which is your favorite?
