Does anyone else have a love/hate relationship with their hair? Some days it looks amazing, others it looks like you might be related to Medusa with snakes coming out of your hair. One of the ways my hair personally likes to betray me? Becoming greasy even if I seemingly just washed it. I've started up my routine of washing my hair every few days because I love to keep my hair down, but on those off days I have to toss my hair in a bun or a ponytail and accept defeat. Despite trying to train my hair into less washes, I still want it to look great every day. During this time, it's important for me to look my best with all the zoom calls and Facetimes, and I can't exactly hide behind a greasy bun the whole time! Luckily Pantene has my back with their new waterless collection of dry shampoo and dry conditioner that really saves the day...and my hair!

Here's my hair in all its greasy glory! Believe it or not I was in the process of not washing it for a whole week when I took this. Needless to say, it's not the way I want to show it off to others! I was a little hesitant to use the Pantene Cheat Day Dry Shampoo Foam from the new Pantene Waterless Collection since I had never used anything like this before AND my hair was greasier than it's ever been. But I gave it a shot! All you have to do is shake the can, dispense a little foam on your fingers, section your hair, and massage the product to your dry roots. Then you brush it out and wait for it to fully take effect and dry out those oily roots. My hair felt a bit damp at first, but the foam did eventually dry!

Next I used the Pantene Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist, and let me tell you all, I think I just found my new favorite hair product!! Pantene says that this spray is like the lovechild of a leave-in conditioner and a styling spray, and I AGREE. It's perfect for helping detangle, de-frizz, and oh boy y'all the softness! All you have to do is shake, spray 6-8 inches from your hair while avoiding your roots and let it dry.

Since coloring my hair, I've been struggling so much with frizz and dry ends, and this mist seriously fixes everything! And although we've had to stay inside these past few weeks, I'm hoping for a time when we can all get back outdoors. When that time comes (hopefully sooner rather than later!) I'll have to deal with the Texas heat, which means even more frizz. Now I have the perfect weapon to deal with it! I have a feeling I'll be reaching for this dry conditioner spray all the time. The best part is both these products are free of sulfates and parabens!

The difference is crazy!! Would you believe I hadn't washed my hair for a week in that last photo of me? As I said at the beginning of this post, I'm attempting to train my hair into less washes, so Pantene couldn't have released these at a better time. With less time (or let's be honest, motivation, haha) to wash my hair lately, and even less time to style I need the best dry shampoo and dry conditioner in my back pocket! And let me tell you all, I think I found them!

Ditch that old messy bun and add them to your cart on HEB here!
