Shades Top To Bottom: Winning, Mascot, Likeable, Supple, Coin, Benefit, Legendary
Normally I'm a little weary of some cheaper eyeshadow palettes. Ones I've tried in the past had a lot of fallout (especially with those glitter shadows that I love so much), weren't very pigmented, or didn't have that long of a lasting power. I have to say I've been incredibly impressed with all the Profusion products I've tried, particularly with the pigmentation! With one swipe you get an incredible amount of color, something that you can't say about a good amount of palettes unless you spend a hefty amount of money, or at least $30 nowadays.
This palette comes with 21 different shades with a variety of finishes including matte, glitter, and metallic. However you could combine the two last finishes as many of the metallic shades are somewhat glittery as well. The Confidence palette also comes with a dual-headed brush for application. Although I haven't used it yet it looks identical to the brushes that have come in other Profusion palettes which I have used and liked. They aren't the most high quality brushes, however they get the job done and are perfect for travel!
Each shade is noticeably different from the next, which is great with a palette that has a large variety. Sometimes I get annoyed as I buy a palette with different looking shades that turn out to all look the same. I've tried to keep the colors of the shadows as original as I could with the editing, although some have obviously been changed a bit just for brightening purposes to match the rest of the image. The shades above are from the first line of shadows and I would say these are the most 'natural' of the shades. The only two that have a similar look are 'Likeable' and 'Benefit' but in real life the latter is slightly darker and has a little more yellow tone to it. I'm obsessed with the 'Coin' shade, a beautiful gold with slight copper undertones. It would be perfect for any metallic gold look! Another shade that might be my favorite in the whole palette is 'Legendary.' It was hard to capture in the photo, but this shade is a metallic green with brown undertones. It's great if you want to go the way of a green holiday look without going full out like you might for St.Patricks day. The brown undertone keeps it more in the neutral shade category, and when you catch the light the green shines through!

Shades Top To Bottom: Serendipity, Dynasty, Chameleon, Secure, Empire, Bite, Madly
These middle shades in the Confidence palette are all fun bright shades on the red, orange, and yellow spectrum. I LOVE how buttery all the shades in this palette are, and was so excited to see that that softness carried out to each of the finishes. These shades above are so stunning in person, and I'm glad it carried over in the photos! All of the shadows are crazy pigmented, bright, and colorful. I've found it hard to come across decent orange and yellow shades but these do not disappoint. I can think of so many ways to use these not just during the holidays, but during the summer months as well.
'Bite' would have to be my favorite out of this group. It's the perfect metallic red with just the slightest hint of purple/maroon. I've been really into using red and pink shadows lately and I can't wait to incorporate this one into my looks!
Shades Top To Bottom: Sunny, Power Up, Backlash, Valient, Switch, Fireside, Bombshell
These shades are much more toned down than the middle shadows, however a lot of them are still in the orange color range. 'Backlash' is my favorite of these since it's a beautiful brown metallic with some gold undertones. It can be used as an everyday color but if you dress it up a little with fake lashes and some liner you can create a fantastic holiday look with it.
I'm such a huge fan of this palette that I just had to share with you guys, and I hope if you purchase you fall in love with it too! These shades are all so soft, blendable, and create incredibly pigmented looks that last. Would y'all be interested in a makeup tutorial featuring this palette or just a holiday makeup look in general? I'm thinking about incorporating more beauty looks into the blog, however I want to gauge interest from all of you! Let me know in the comments!
EDIT: I can no longer find this palette online, so all links have been changed to Profusion's Mirage Palette which has many of the same shades! :)
