Gift Guide: Amazon Under $50 (Including Designer Dupes!)

I think I say this practically every week, but it's CRAZY how fast time is flying by! Honestly, how am I already writing my first gift guide of the season. I wanted to start off with a guide that was super affordable and easily accessible, so of course I went with Amazon! I have to admit, I was never the biggest user of Amazon until very recently. For years I only used it for textbooks or other school supplies. I didn't even have my own account, I would have my sister place orders for me! But since living in Seattle with Amazon headquarters right around the corner from me I figured it was time to actually give the site a go. Unfortunately it's too good of a site because I find way too many things that I want on there! Luckily, they have some of the best prices around so I never feel all that bad when my cart gets a little too full 😉. For this guide I focused on gifts for her under $50, with most being under $30! There are some home items, some fashion, some beauty, and my favorite...designer dupes!


Now I have a few of these items already so I'll be sharing my reviews on those items first! After that I'll be giving some more detail about a few other favorite items on this guide.

Pink and White Fleece Jacket: I LOVE this jacket. The teddy bear/faux fur jacket trend has been everywhere these past few weeks and this one is so cozy! It's not completely oversized like most teddy bear jackets, and I love that it comes in this cute color combo. Despite the jacket being on the thinner side (there's no inner lining) it keeps me super warm even when on nightly walks in the low 40s here in Seattle. It's also super soft and can easily be thrown on over any top for a quick way to keep warm. Plus the $27 price tag really can't be beat!

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion: This stuff is like gold if you get blemishes (which lets be honest, everyone does!). I get stress acne and when I feel a zit coming on I grab a q-tip, dip it into this stuff and dab it on the area letting it sit overnight. The area is always way less inflamed and raised than when it started, sometimes the zit never even emerges at all!

Felt Letter Board: Y'all know how I love my felt letter board and how much it adds to my space. This looks almost exactly like mine and it is such a fun pop of color in my space!

Capri Blue Candle: So I don't own this candle, however I smell it every time I walk into Anthropologie. It's the candle they light in their own stores to have it smell amazing and it's on my own Christmas list this year!

Louis Vuitton Wallet Dupe: Okay y'all how cute is this wallet?! And it is such a great dupe for the ones from LV! For only $16 it's the perfect faux designer piece that won't cost you an arm and a leg.

What Do You Meme: Alright, I have a confession to make...I love memes. My friends and I tag each other in them at least twice a day on Facebook, my sister and I text in meme speak, it goes deep into my humor haha. I'm also a huge fan of games, so this is a match made in heaven! Get this for the friend you're constantly tagging in memes!

Gucci Belt Dupe: I bet you've seen this little beauty (or the real deal!) on Instagram or your fave fashion blog lately. Everyone needs a good belt in their wardrobe, and I love the simplicity of this one. It doesn't hurt that it looks like it costs $500!
